I can’t say enough good things about this house! We rented it for a family getaway, and it was absolutely perfect. The dock was incredible. We fished every morning and took the kids kayaking up this beautiful creek that connects to the lake. The house itself felt like home. It’s spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk room and we all spent way too much time playing ping pong and foosball. Also, the location was ideal as it was close enough to Clemson and Seneca if you need groceries or want to eat out, but the location itself was also incredibly private and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.

The house comfortably sleeps large groups with 5 sleeping areas/bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of up to 13 guests (or up to 15 if you have ones small enough to use the provided folding crib and pack n play).
Yes, we are a pet-friendly property! We do have an additional fee for pets, but the pricing should be much more reasonable than boarding them! Please let us know about your furry friends in advance to ensure we can accommodate them.
Yes, of course! We have a 2-year-old, so we know what it's like. The house comes stocked with a folding crib, a mattress, and fitted sheets; a pack n play; a 6-in-1 convertible high chair (e.g. standalone, booster seat, etc); plastic plates, bowls, cups, and eating utensils; toys; 3 baby gates; a baby monitor; outlet covers; and more.
Absolutely! The property has TONS of parking space for multiple vehicles, including trailers for your boat(s).

We recommend bringing beach towels, sunscreen, and personal items. Essentials like bedding, towels, and basic toiletries (e.g. soap, shampoo, and conditioner) are provided. We also provide some complimentary Kuerig pods for your stay, but likely not enough for the whole family for a week if you're a coffee-loving family like we are. Therefore, please feel free to bring your own coffee (ground or Keurig pods) as well if you'd like.

Yes, there are boat rental services close to the property. Clemson Marina offers a variety of boats in increments of 4-hours, 8-hours, 24-hours, or full week rentals and is conveniently located only 13 minutes away from the house. Tri-County Boat Rental offers delivery to Frienship Boat Ramp (10-minute drive from house) or delivery to the house's dock for an additional fee.

The day of your arrival, you will be sent a code that can used on the front door's lock. If for any reason, you have an issue with the code or lock, please notify us immediately as we have a backup method for ensuring your arrival is as smooth as possible.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you need flexibility, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs if possible.
